Dr Gaurav Maheshwari

Having graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1999, Dr. Gaurav has been in private practice and public health dentistry. He is a member of Australian Prosthodontic Society, International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is a member of Australian Dental Association.

In 2003, he furthered his education by completing a Master of Science in Community Dental Practice from Kings College London. This helped hone his ability to identify and address the unique needs of the communities he serves.

Continuing to embrace innovative techniques, Dr. Gaurav obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Orthodontics  and is currently an accomplished practitioner of clear aligner therapy, mainly in Invisalign treatment. His credentials also include graduation from the Brener Implant Institute in Sydney. Presently, he is pursuing advanced training in dental implants through a postgraduate diploma from The Australasian College of Dental Practitioners.

Dr Gaurav’s experience extends to his role as a senior dentist at the Maryborough District Health Service, as well as his principal positions at Delacombe Family Dental and Maryborough Dental Practice.

Passionate about his field, Dr. Gaurav remains abreast of the latest advancements through ongoing education. This dedication ensures that his practice integrates new techniques, products, and regulations when beneficial for his patients. His warm demeanour, empathetic nature, and personal experience as a father uniquely equip him to connect with children, confirming them a comfortable dental experience and ensuring their oral health is well-maintained.
