Your appointment is reserved just for you and for the amount of time necessary to complete your treatment. We would appreciate it if you were punctual for your appointments as we would not like to disappoint you if you cannot be seen due to insufficient time left to complete your treatment. If you are running late we would appreciate you phoning ahead to inform us, this ensures everyone’s time is respected.
We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations, failure to do may result in a cancellation fee. We have an extremely high demand for appointments so if you do miss your appointment it may be some time before you can be seen.
Health Fund Claims
We are happy to be able to provide you with HICAPS, the direct claiming system from for your health fund, however we are not responsible for the reimbursement you receive from the health fund. If you have any disagreements with the amount you have been reimbursed you must take this up with your health fund provider. Our administration staff is not permitted to contact health funds on your behalf.
Full payment is required on the day of treatment, with simply no exceptions. We accept cash, cheque, EFTPOS by Visa & MasterCard credit cards.
